This is a fun and informative class about introducing your little person to big people food.
Katie’s approach helps you and your baby nurture a healthy relationship with food and ignites a sense of adventure for both you and your infant.
We will discuss signs of readiness, allergies and sensitivities, purées vs. textured food, family recipes, global flavors, “Baby-Led Weaning”, and tricks and tips for getting your baby off to a great start. You will leave the class with new recipes for the whole family and be inspired to go home and get cooking.
Class will include some cooking demos, samples, and optional participation.
