Shipping & Returns

Your products will be shipped via USPS on the next business day, unless we have a question about your order. In that case, we will email you and wait for an answer.

If your order is placed before 10:00 am EST, it will likely be processed and shipped same day. 

Damaged in Shipping/Wrong item:

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery date. When the product is the wrong item, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will replace it, or refund your costs, if a replacement is not available.

Returns:

- You must initiate return of items within 7 days of delivery date.

- All items must be in original packaging, and able to be resold as new. 

1. We do not want you to have anything from New Baby New Paltz that you do not love: whether it's not what you expected, doesn't fit, or you changed your mind, or something else.

2. If an item doesn't meet that level, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, to initiate return of the unused item.

3. Return the item. Your item's return postmark date must be within 7 days of receiving it. You are responsible for shipping costs to return items.

4. When we receive your item, we will refund purchase price only (not shipping) to your original method of payment. Partial credit may be given, at our discretion, when an item is not in original, re-salable condition. 

Product defects

In the case of product defects, you will need to contact the manufacturer for a replacement part or item. We are happy to help you facilitate the process of contacting the manufacturer and returning the item.

Product recall

In the case of product recall, you will need to contact the manufacturer and follow their process of recall. We are happy to help you facilitate the process of contacting the manufacturer of a recalled item.
