Mother-to-mother support is the most important factor in breastfeeding exclusivity and duration--how much and how long--babies breastfeed. The Breastfeeding Café is a small, local community that aims to provide friendship, breastfeeding support and education.

This group is for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers and babies looking to make new friends, and deepen their breastfeeding knowledge in a safe and supportive breastfeeding community. Meetings are moderated by Donna Bruschi, IBCLC.

Join like-minded people to talk about babies, breastfeeding, feeding and mothering.  A meeting generally goes like this:

1. Welcome with coffee, tea, fruit, and other snacks
2. Introductions and "ice breaker"
3. Discussion topic
4. Sharing time for questions, challenges, and celebrations
5. Closing
6. Free time for conversations

We meet on Tuesday mornings from 10:00 - 12:00.

Our meeting space is a clean comfortable meeting room in Highland, NY. The office is closed for business and we use HEPA air filtration. Adults must wear masks.
