Most moms use pump flanges that are too big. In addition, one nipple is often slightly larger than the other and will feel more comfortable with a slightly larger flange. 

Maymom Comfy flanges are the same shape as classic 90º flanges-- only with a soft comfy seal on the edge. The Comfy seal helps to prevent leaks and spills.

There's a good chance you will feel better with correctly flanges, instead of the standard 24mm pair that came with your pump.

These flanges ARE compatible with Medela pump kits (Pump in style, Lactina, Symphony, Swing, Mini Electric FreeStyle, Swing Maxi, Sonata, Freestyle Flex and Harmony) and most Lansinoh.
