Q: Can I use a handsfree bra with this kit?
A: Yes and no. Because of the one-piece design, the breast flange is only compatible with SOME handsfree bras on the market, like Simplewishes and Simplicities. However, Maymom also offers DETACHABLE two-piece flanges that do fit almost all pumping bras on the market.

Maymom MyFit Pano half flanges for breast pumps- 2 pc/Pair

Pano flanges are 110º wide opening and have a soft edge that seals. Standard flanges are 90º.

Most moms use pump flanges that are too big. In addition, one nipple is often slightly larger than the other, and needs a slightly larger flange.
