Q: Can I use a handsfree bra with this kit?
A: Yes and no. Because of the one-piece design, the breast flange is only compatible with SOME handsfree bras on the market, like Simplewishes and Simplicities. However, Maymom also offers DETACHABLE two-piece flanges that do fit almost all pumping bras on the market.
