Maymom Comfy flanges are the same shape as classic 90º flanges-- only with a soft comfy seal on the edge. The Comfy seal helps to prevent leaks and spills.

Most moms use pump flanges that are too big. In addition, nipples are often slightly different shape and size. There is a lot that goes into finding the optimal flange.

Your pump came with 24 mm flanges and it's highly likely that 24 is not the right size, and you will feel more comfortable with correctly fitting flanges.

1. Measure the tip of each nipple. Pinch your nipple gently to firm it up. Measure edge to edge. DO NOT MEASURE THE BASE.
2. Using the tip size number as the middle number, select your Goldilocks Kit.
3. Select the Base Connector that matches your pump

Q: Can I use a handsfree bra with this kit?
A: Yes and no. Because of the one-piece design, the breast flange is only compatible with SOME handsfree bras on the market, like Simplewishes and Simplicities. However, Maymom also offers DETACHABLE two-piece flanges that do fit almost all pumping bras on the market.

These cost-effective silicone inserts will reduce a 24mm breast pump flange size to 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, or 21mm

Get the right fit for your nipples.

Decrease painful pumping sessions. Increase your comfort and increase the amount of milk released. Using the right size flange insert can shorten pumping times and increase the quantity of milk produced.
